CV PB Management Company B.V. is a manager of alternative investment funds and falls within the scope of the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 ("SFDR"). The funds offered do not qualify as products that promote environmental or social characteristics (Article 8 SFDR) or have a sustainability objective (Article 9 SFDR).

Sustainability risks are taken into account as part of the general risk management to the extent they are expected to have a material negative impact on the return of a fund.

In line with Article 5 SFDR, the manager's remuneration policy does not contain specific provisions regarding the integration of sustainability risks.
